The PU-based variants are particularly popular because they produce a softer, more flexible bond on fabric that is less prone to cracking during wear and washing compared to rigid PVC alternatives.

Application is simple: cut the design in mirror image using a vinyl cutter, weed the excess film, and apply using a heat press at 130–150°C for 10–12 seconds with firm even pressure, then peel the carrier warm or cold depending on the variant. The result is a clean, sharp-edged reflective graphic or text that sits flat on the fabric surface without heavy hand or visible edge buildup.

The film adheres well to cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, nylon, fleece, and most performance sportswear fabrics.
