The backing is a waterproof PVC or polyester film with a specially formulated waterproof adhesive that maintains its bond even after prolonged immersion, steam exposure, and repeated wetting and drying cycles.
The adhesive bonds well to ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, fibreglass shower trays, enamel bathtubs, acrylic tub surrounds, and natural stone surfaces. Importantly, it is designed to be removable without damaging tile grout or enamel surfaces, making it suitable for rental properties and hotel rooms where reversibility is important.
